Visit Guidelines 

  • ​​PRESENTATION - Chloe normally presents to grades K-5 and can present to higher grade levels on request. Her basic presentations are outlined above. Please discuss with her ahead of time which book you wish her to feature.

  • PREPARATION - For picture book presentations, for best results don't read the books before her visit! It is helpful if you share Chloe's other work with students ahead of time. Questions should be prepared ahead of time for the Q&A session.​ 

​

  • LOCATION - For in-person events, whenever possible, Chloe asks that presentations take place in a library or a classroom. If a room such as a gym or a cafeteria must be used, it is essential that there is a microphone available, preferably handless and wireless (a lapel microphone, for example). Please check the system prior to the visit. Chloe's 1-hour presentation requires a slide presentation via a projector or screen. (Chloe sends her PDF presentation ahead of time)

  • EQUIPMENT - For Chloe's draw-along, student will need a blank paper, a pencil, and a hard surface to draw on (desk, book or a clipboard). For virtual visits, access to a large screen/projector and Zoom software is required. A test call with Chloe prior to the virtual visit is required. ​​

​

  • RECORDING - Please do not record Chloe's performance unless she has given her consent. Photos or screen-shots for the memories are fine!​

​

  • FINANCIAL - For current fees, please inquire or see above. Payment is expected at the directly following a visit, via checks made out to Chloe B Artistry or Venmo at @ChloeB-Artistry. Invoices are available upon request.
